All digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Digital products: All sales of digital products are final. If you have not accessed or downloaded any deliverables, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting admin@eyshtech.vip.
Consulting services: Custom consulting work (including CC Jarvis builds and Managed Deploy engagements) is scoped and priced according to a Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon prior to commencement. Delivery timelines are defined in the SOW.
The $97 Google Workspace Security Audit includes a 30-minute consultation session. The session must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase. If not scheduled within 30 days, the audit is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
CC Jarvis and Managed Deploy engagements involve custom work tailored to your business. The scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule are defined in a Statement of Work (SOW) provided before work begins. Both parties must agree to the SOW before any custom work commences.
Upon delivery and full payment, MojoBrain code and configurations delivered to you are licensed for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the delivered code, templates, or system architecture as a competing product or service.
EyshTech retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and agent architectures. The MojoBrain name and brand are the property of EyshTech.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EyshTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to EyshTech in the 12 months preceding the claim.
EyshTech provides tools, systems, and consulting guidance. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics. Results depend on your implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. For ongoing retainer agreements, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
